I thought about this topic out of pure frustration that I’ve received from my mentors and other well meaning counselors who unknowingly discourage me on my journey to medicine. I am happy and grateful for everything I have.
I find small windows of time throughout the day and use them to practice gratitude.
My gratefulness in the morning brings me more blessings all day long.
My mind, body, and soul are aligned with my attitude of gratitude.
