doubt, fear and depression= my MCAT experience

Listen to the podcast on Spotify | Apple Podcasts | YouTube | Google Podcasts | Stitcher | RSS

Let’s face it. I was more than scared to take the Medical College Admissions Test (MCAT), I was terrified. Fear, crippled me with doubt, anxiety and insecurity, placing me in a God-allowed crisis. Was I going to give up? Or let God manifest His glory in ways yet unseen by me allowing Him to become more real to me?

It wasn’t a straight or easy road. There were to be many sacrifices, a season of isolation, and several deep dives into the insecurities of my past and present. These are all the many factors that would lend to my success.

Today, I talked about:

  • my experience studying for the MCAT

  • the mental health battles I faced during this time

  • the root of my test anxiety

  • the kingdom keys that helped remind me that I am enough

  • tips for people studying for a professional exam

    and so much more!
